Throughout the therapeutic process, it is my goal to meet you in the midst of your struggles and implement a treatment plan best suited for you. I have training in a variety of therapeutic techniques and seek to integrate these to best address your concerns. Drawing from the principles of emotion-focused therapy, cognitive-behavioural therapy, and narrative therapy, together we will work toward overcoming obstacles and achieving your goals!
